GURPS! We have an archive (alas, not a summary of game sessions) here:

The last story, combined a visit to members of the the mid-nineteenth
century U.S. literary circle (Edgar Allan Poe, Washington Irving, and
Henry Wadsworth Longfellow) whilst chasing the antagonist, a
time-traveller who had been "left behind" from a previous visit to the
pre-revolutionary days of France and had, over time, created a sort of
cryogenic tomb to live in along with a remote controlled house.

It combined elements of Rip van Winkle and The Facts in The Case of M.
Valdemar, leading to the antagonist to be seemingly be trapped in a closed
time loop (like Twelve Monkeys), but also becoming a discorporate
consciousness (and becoming part of the group's AI patron) thus avoiding
temporal radiation poisoning.

There was also a word-for-word encounter with Edgar Allan Poe by a sapient
crow who, at the critical moment exclaimed "Bugger me! I'm nicked!",
rather than "Nevermore!".
