[Ralis] My Wish List - Magical Items

I have been going through the Magical Items stuff, and have come up with a 
wish list - opinions sought.

Armour - I currently have Elven Chain +2 (8150gp).  I would like to trade 
this in for Mithral Chain Shirt +3 (10100gp).  Whilst my AC would remain the 
same - Chain to Chain Shirt with an additional +1 - the armour check penalty 
would be removed, Spell Failure halved and most importantly, my max dex 
bonus would be increased from +4 to +6, and given that it is now at +5, I 
would consider that worth the additional 2000gp.

Weapon - this is my big one.  Mighty Composite (+1 Str) Long Bow, +2, Holy, 
Distance.  50500gp.  Remove the Distance and it drops to 32500, but given 
that if I take Arcane Archer, at 2nd level I get to use arrows as spell 
delivery devices, the Distance enhancement could turn this into long range 
artillery. I can sell off my existing +1 Longbow for 2375gp.

Also, I wouldn't mind a +1 or +2 or an Adamantine dagger as a back up to the 
rapier, but we might have one in the stuff we found.

Ring of Evasion - 25000gp.  Expensive, but given that I have a good reflex 
save, I have seen how handy it is for others.  It means that I could expose 
myself to ranged spells and still be secure.

Bracers of Archery - 5100gp.  Worth it for the bonus.

Quiver of Ehlonna - 1800gp.

And here is the question - is it possible to combine magical items - ie, can 
I get an "Eyes of the Night Eagle" for 10000, combining both Eyes of the 
Eagle and Goggles of the Night?  It would make for a really stylish pair of 
sunglasses, and would work well for a sniper.

Apart from that, everything else is minor and relatively optional, although 
I was thinking that a Lyre of Building (13000) could assist in the situation 
we are in.
