OK, the party Emera left Emera, where Queen Joni and João Abel Manta
were left to fight a guerrilla campaign. 

The party found their way into La Finisterra, and made contact with
Derek and José Eduardo Santos Tavares Melo Silva. 

There is a still a few score Zeelanders in La Finisterra, a mere token
force.

José seems to have contacts with the Zeelander men who guard the port.
He assures you that he can get you on board the iron ships if necessary.

If you do go to Neu Zeeland, José says to seek out Johan Martens. He's
friends with the mayor of Neu Arnhem, the capital of the Zeelanders and
also the home of the ancient red dragon which rules the lands...
