[Runequest] Spirit Combat keeping it interesting and not just a character equipment stage

The earlier drafts of RQ:AIG had a different approach to spirit 
combat than the traditional; Spirit Combat was a skill unto itself, 
with Power functioning as the "Strength" of the combatants and Magic 
Points as their hit points.  It was apparently too radical a change 
for most people though, as the version in the final draft was simply 
a skill that limited how much your magic points could drop for 
purposes of resistance and attack.
