In Sun County there is a reference to a Control Flood spell as part of the Zola Fel ritual (page 41). Perhaps I've just overlooked it, but I cannot find the description of this spell anywhere. It's title seems pretty obvious what it does (probably a 1 point, re-usable, 500sqm area-based spell?)...
