[Runequest] Mongoose to release a new version of RQ II

What it is, is another slap in the face by Mongoose management, of all 
the people who created Runequest & kept it alive over all the years. I 
still think that Matthew Sprange is a high-priced whore who doesn't 
deliver the money's worth.
